Last Minute Cabs was born during the 2008 Icelandic volcanic ash crisis that stranded millions of travelers across Europe. As flights were grounded indefinitely, traditional transportation companies couldn't cope with the sudden surge in desperate travelers needing immediate solutions.

Founded by former emergency services coordinator Marcus Weber and transport logistics expert Emma Rodriguez, we started with just two vehicles and a simple mission: nobody should be left stranded when every minute counts.
